解决HRD LOGBOOK中上传LOTW日志报错

最近一周在hrd logbook中上传lotw老是失败，即使开了全局ssr还是同样问题。检查logbook的日志报错如下：

但是实际lotw服务器正常的，单独使用TQSL软件上传也没问题，看来是哪里软件设置出错了，但是根据软件中的中文关键词搜索不到有用信息。

直接定位C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\WLSetup\Logs这里日志，找到最后两行

这下放google就很容易在qrz forum发现有类似故障，AA6YQ给出了解决办法：

Open Internet Explorer’s Tools menu and select the “Internet Options” command. In the “Internet Options” window, select the Advanced tab, and scroll down to the Security settings. Enable the “Use TLS 1.0”, “Use TLS 1.1”, and “Use TLS 1.2” options (not all may be present on IE versions earlier than 11). Click the OK button. Can you now upload to LoTW?

经检查，果然我的ie只启用了TLS 1.0 和3.0，果断全部打勾后再上传就正常了。
